What i Called 'Booties' are actually called "shoe coverings", they help keep your feet dry & have a
open bottom, so the cleet still works.
When it gets cold, it does help keep your feet warm also.
This is an essential part of the cycling rain gear.

The type i got is the one with velcro, so then its easy tear off even
while cycling.

Accept when cycling through fords. Then you'll still get wet.

There not idel for walking around, but while your on the bike, they are VERY helpful
